EnvokeIT Support Manager

Many ICT departments are struggling with service calls. The 1st line can not determine all the necessary information to solve the issue or provide the 2nd line with this information. Also 1st line employees often are lost in the big amount of tools, which needs to be consulted to check the user settings. EnvokeIT, already known of some very useful freeware tools, released a new commercial product called Support Manager, which should solve this kind of issues. This review will take a look at this product.
